Our Fully-custom, private-label program is one of the most robust in the headwear industry. We can make 100’s of thousands of custom headwear combinations. Take advantage of most custom logo and appliqué options, custom add-on’s and popular trims that you see in mass retail merchandising including (but not limited to) flat embroidery, 3D raised embroidery, pearl chain stitch, flat lock stitch inline raised embroidery, woven labels, embroidered fabric patches, felt patches and printed leather patches.
Available custom add-on’s include traditional screen printing, high density screen printing, sublimation and digital printing. Popular custom trims include, clip labels, inner private labels, custom seam taping, trucker ropes and sandwich visors. If you don’t see it, it doesn’t mean we don’t offer it, simply ask us about it.
*Our minimum order is 144 pcs. You can combine up to three 48 piece styles, 24 per color to reach the minimum order quantity. Minimums on most styles begin at 48 pieces per style, 24 pieces per color with quantity breaks at 144/432/576/1152 pieces. Our manufacturing capabilities don’t stop at 1152. Larger orders will be quoted on an individual basis upon request.
